Yolo Crisis Nursery RFP

The Yolo Crisis Nursery (YCN) seeks proposals from interested experienced Firm(s) that can provide Owner’s Representative, Financial Management, and/or Construction Management services. YCN will accept proposals that respond to one or more of the areas of service. One or more contracts will be awarded under this RFP. To All YCN Owner’s Representative Proposers,

As of the 10/12/22 @ 5:00 pm Request for Information deadline, we have received the following question:

Question: Does the proposal have a 10- or 30-page maximum?

• RFP Section 7.0: “Proposals should not exceed ten (10) pages, not including attachments.”
• RFP Section 7.9: “The entire proposal shall not exceed thirty (30) pages, excluding cover sheet, table of contents, and letter of introduction (maximum three (3) pages) and financial information.”

Response: Your response to Items 1-8 listed in RFP Section 7.0 should not exceed ten (10) pages. Your response to Item 9 listed in RFP Section 7.0 (Other Information) should not exceed an additional twenty (20) pages, for a total response submittal of no more than thirty (30) pages.
